Implantology

Various dental prosthetic constructions can be placed on implants. On this page, you will find all the possible types of procedures we offer in the field of Implantology.

In some cases, implants are contraindicated, including:

• Diabetes (blood sugar level higher than 8),
• Blood disorders,
• Diseases related to immune system disorders, rheumatic diseases,
• Age under 22 years,
• Smoking.

Important:

Implants are not the same as natural teeth. Unlike healthy natural teeth, implants do not have a firm connection to the gums. Therefore, they require even more careful maintenance than natural teeth.

Before implantation, your oral cavity must be healthy—this means treating all cavities and eliminating any possible inflammations. Implantology ensures long-term functionality and aesthetics, but proper care and oral hygiene are essential for implant success.

All on 6

In cases of complete tooth loss, we offer restoration of function and aesthetics using 4 or 6 implants. A bridge with 10, 12, or 14 teeth is then fabricated and fixed onto these implants.

The first step is to take a CBCT scan of the jaw to plan the precise positioning of the implants or, if there is insufficient bone volume, to determine the necessity of a bone augmentation procedure.

Tooth replacement can be performed on the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both.

Price:

  • 4 implants + bridge with 10 teeth = 185,000 CZK
  • 6 implants + bridge with 12 teeth = 235,000 CZK
  • 6 implants + bridge with 14 teeth = 250,000 CZK

The price includes:

  • Implants placement
  • Healing abutments
  • Abutments
  • Impressions
  • Screw-retained all-ceramic bridge

The price does not include:

  • CBCT scan
  • Bone augmentation surgery (if necessary, pricing will be determined after CBCT analysis).

1 Implant – 1 Crown

In the case of a single tooth loss, 1 dental implant is placed into the bone, on which 1 crown is fabricated. Before implantation, a consultation and a complete examination of the oral cavity will be conducted.

In the aesthetic zone, when replacing upper incisors or canines, for achieving a perfect visual result, soft tissue surgical correction is often necessary.

In the area of the upper molars, due to the proximity of the nasal cavity, bone augmentation (so-called sinus lift) is often required before implantation.

Price:

  • 1 Israeli implant, 1 healing abutment, 1 abutment, 1 metal-ceramic cement-retained crown = 20,000 CZK
  • 1 Korean implant, 1 healing abutment, 1 abutment, 1 screw-retained all-ceramic crown = 27,500 CZK

The price does not include: CBCT scan, bone augmentation surgery (if necessary, pricing will be determined after CBCT analysis), fabrication of a temporary crown.

Bridge on Implants

Bridge on 2 or more implants

In the case of multiple missing adjacent teeth, they can also be replaced using implants. After an analysis of the dentition and CBCT scan, you will receive all necessary information regarding the possible options for replacing the missing teeth, including the required number of implants. As an example, we provide pricing for a 3-unit bridge on 2 implants and a 5-unit bridge on 3 implants.

Price:

  • 2 Israeli implants, 2 healing abutments, 2 abutments, 3-unit cement-retained bridge = 49,000 CZK
  • 2 Korean implants, 2 healing abutments, 2 abutments, 3-unit screw-retained bridge = 67,500 CZK
  • 3 Israeli implants, 3 healing abutments, 3 abutments, 5-unit cement-retained bridge = 78,000 CZK
  • 3 Korean implants, 3 healing abutments, 3 abutments, 5-unit screw-retained bridge = 107,500 CZK

The price does not include: CBCT scan, bone augmentation surgery (if necessary, pricing will be determined after CBCT analysis), fabrication of a temporary bridge.

Denture on Implants

Complete Removable Denture Anchored by Implants

In elderly patients, it is very common for the lower full denture to have poor retention, making it difficult for them to eat properly.

In such cases, implants are placed in the canine region. The first part of the attachment is fixed onto the implants, while the second part of the attachment is embedded into the denture. Due to high precision, the denture “snaps” onto the implants.

The patient WILL NOT have permanently fixed teeth but rather a removable denture, which must be taken out daily. Over time, the second part of the attachment wears out and needs to be replaced, approximately once a year. However, this does not involve the implants themselves—only the cap inside the denture is changed to maintain proper retention.

Price:

  • 2 Israeli implants, new reinforced denture, 2 attachments = 41,000 CZK
  • 2 Korean implants, new reinforced denture, 2 attachments = 55,000 CZK

The price does not include: CBCT scan (if necessary).
